When a campaign is set up with a manually defined audience, looking at the audience of a campaign sometimes show a number of users which is higher than the number of users that were manually invited.

To see the number of users in the audience of a campaign + who they are:

  • Access the campaign, then choose the campaign management tab. On the left side menu section, choose "Edit campaign" (or click the Edit button on the campaign banner)
  • Access the "Audience" step (#7 out of 8 - #6 out of & when multi-language is not activated)
  • Look for "Number of Invited Users" indication. Clicking it will open the list of users

Alternatively, just see the list of users (and export them of needed), from here:

The difference is caused by several reasons:

Moderators are included in the audience of ALL campaigns in their zone

Sysadmins --> in all the campaigns in the system
Tenant admins --> in all the campaigns in their tenant(s)
Subsystem admins --> in all the campaigns in their subsystem system(s)

A user which was not part of the audience was added as a co-author

By being added to the idea, the co-author automatically becomes part of the campaign, with the possibility to collaborate on existing ideas and submitting new ones.

Please note that this can only happen with users that belong in the same tenant. A user can only gain access to campaigns in his own tenant.

The idea moved from another campaign to the current one
Once the idea is now being part of the current campaign, its author(s) become automatically part of that campaign, with the possibility to collaborate on existing ideas and submitting new ones.

Users that were assigned as Experts, Review Committee members, or State owners.
By being assigned with one of these roles, the user automatically becomes part of the campaign, with the possibility to collaborate on existing ideas and submitting new ones.
