Moderators (campaign managers,  subsystem admins, tenant admins and sysadmins) can delete an idea from the idea page.

This action is recommended to be used only in extremes cases in which it's not sufficient to reject/close the idea.


Once the idea is deleted, it will not be accessible to any of the system users, and will not be reflected in any of the system reports or KPIs.


If a user has an old link to the idea (for example from a previous email), he/she will be directed to a  page with 403 error.


If you suspect the idea was deleted, you can verify it with Qmarkets team- in the logs we can see if the idea was deleted, when and by who.
