This tutorial will guide you through configuring and using the Q-Scout Core, taking into accounts 3 personas:


- The subsystem admin that should determine how to adjust the out-of-the-box configuration in order to align to your organization needs and can use and create new reports in order to understand overall activities and ROI.



- The scouting team who should use the system on a daily basis for scouting, adding and tracking startup and companies.
Main actions are:

  • Scouting for startups/companies in the Startup Database and importing them
  • Manually adding new startups/companies 
  • Being offered relevant/similar companies proactively by the Startup Database
  • Enriching the information collected on the startups/companies:    
    • Leading collaborative discussions
    • Business data (based on our AI agents or manually)
    • Tracking contacts and communications
    • Creating and managing tasks
  • Evaluating the companies via the score card


- The decision maker (optional), who should take the final decision whether to further develop the relationship with the startup/ company.

2. How to configure Q-Scout core - Subsystem admin

Qmarkets Core is 95% ready to be used.
Slight configurations are needed and needed to be reviewed/adjusted before starting using it or at any when business needs changed.
The configuration is accessible only to sysadmins and subsystems admin only.
