The maximum size for all uploads is 50MB. This includes videos, images, and PDFs.
The default file types that can be uploaded are as follows:
Images: *jpg *jpeg *gif *png
Documents: *txt *doc *xls *pdf *ppt *pps *odt *ods *odp *docx *pptx *ppsx *tiff *xlsx
Videos: *mp4 *mov *wmv *mpg *m4v
