To learn more about the meaning of blocking users, check this article.
As a best practice, internal users should be blocked automatically via the user provisioning process, while external users should not be blocked or blocked autocatalytically based on their last access date as explained in this article
Blocking users manually can be done in 2 ways:
- Bloking a single user via his/her profile page
- Click the Edit button on the relevant user profile page
- Change the Status radio button

- Click the Edit button on the relevant user profile page
- Blocking multiple users via the Users page (accessible from the setting page)
- Filter the list as needed
- Check the relevant users
- Select the relevant action and the click Update
- You will be able to see that the Status have changed

- Note that the last "Blocked on" date will appear on the user's profile page
