Sysadmins have the ability to manually edit an account's role. This can be useful if you need to manually update or change a role for a user.
Tenant admins have similar ideas but only on users that belong to their tenant.
While using a Sysadmin account, select to edit a user's profile.
Under the "Roles" section, you can change the role for the user. Be sure to save the settings by selecting "Submit Profile" at the bottom of the page.
